1. General Overview

Welcome to Osiris0. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our premium digital services, including but not limited to custom software development, design, and digital strategy. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Payment Terms & Invoicing

To maintain our elite standards and ensure absolute financial transparency, all payments are processed exclusively via direct Bank Transfer (IBAN).

• Invoices will be issued securely through our platform and sent to the client's registered email.
• Payments must be made in the currency specified on the corresponding invoice.
• Failure to process payments according to the agreed schedule may result in the suspension of ongoing services.

3. Bank Fees & International Transfers (The "OUR" Clause)

The Client is solely responsible for all bank fees, wire transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, and currency conversion costs associated with the payment. When initiating an international wire transfer, the Client must select the "OUR" instruction code. This ensures that Osiris0 receives the full invoiced amount without any deductions. Any shortfalls caused by bank deductions will be added to the next invoice or must be settled before the final delivery.

4. Project Commencement

Project timelines, onboarding, and development work will strictly commence only upon the full clearance of funds into our designated bank account. While proof of transfer (such as bank receipts or screenshots) is appreciated for our administrative records, it does not initiate the commencement of services. The timeline begins only when the funds are officially settled and confirmed by our financial institution.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature and dedicated resources required for our elite digital services, all payments are non-refundable once the project has officially commenced (post-fund clearance). If a client chooses to terminate a project before completion, any funds paid up to that milestone will be retained to cover the allocated time and labor.

6. Client Responsibilities & Communication

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, required assets, and approvals through our designated platform infrastructure. Delays in client communication may affect the final delivery timeline, and Osiris0 will not be held liable for project extensions caused by unresponsiveness.
